License Plate

Hello fellow truckers,

So a long time ago, I relocated my truck to St. Petersburg, Russia and had the game generate a license plate for me, since I wanted a Russian one on the truck.
I know it's completely random, but somehow I got a license plate that I adore, it has my initials on it.
However, sometimes I'd like to switch it up and use a different one. But since WoT doesn't support custom Russian plates, I am afraid that if I ever change, I will never be able to get a Russian plate with those specific letters again, once I choose to go back to a Russian plate.

Does anybody have any suggestions of how I could solve this? Aside from obviously just using another truck with the other plate. I just wanna drive my Mercedes but eventually just be able to return to Russian plates with the same letters..

There are some tutorials when I googled "ets 2 custom license plate" but I'm not sure if you can make a russian one. I think it should be possible but requires some reading and a lot of trying to get it right.

I usually drive with Andorra plates. And like them to be random. However, when i download a Truck mod that already has a license plate add it to it, i find the .dds file where the license plate is at, open it with photoshop and add a custom license plate myself. For example, this truck came with Iranian plates that i changed to a Spanish one from Ceuta.

But I'm not sure if every model has skinnable license plate.

I usually download a truck I like. If it has a skinable license plate, i change it to the one of my choice. If doesn't, it don't really matter since i usually use Andorra plates and Promods already has those.

Also, there are a lot of Youtube channels that review truck mods almost daily. So that helps finding out what trucks have customized plates in which don't.

Aren't Spanish plates totally randomized since 2000 or so ?

Only for new vehicles bought from 2000 to present day.
