ProMods on low end PCs?

Will it affect how the game runs on lower end laptops and computers?

Yes. Due to the details we add our in-editor limits for performance indicators are twice as high as SCS have them. So inevitably your game won't run as smooth with ProMods enabled than on vanilla on a low end PC.
