logic of loadorder from Mod Manager?

Hello Everyone,
Before i begin, i know that there is a lot of loadorder info on this forum.
But..... i have a problem i can not solve.
I have divers maps of Promods.
Promods 2.17
The Balkans
Russmap
Russia Open Space,
Italy
Southern Region
and ( i think) all the ferries and road connections of those maps.

The problem is the load order from those maps together?
My worldmap is not right.
The roads of Italy are much left of the silhouet of Italy on the map.
So,all the other countries and citties are evenso not right.
Someone have a goed loadorder for me please?
I tried divers other load combinations,but so far not found.

There was a discussion on the german section about that too
The result of the discussion was that the Italy map is the cause for the moved background map and after they disabled the italy mod the map was in the right place
