This is the flag of Acadiana
The fleurs-de-lis represents the French culture of the people
The castle represents The Spanish, who controlled Acadiana when the Acadians thrived in there rule
The star represents Our Lady of Assumption, the patron saint of Acadiana

Flag of Setomaa/Seto people, a Finno-Ugric people that are very close to Estonians, their language is considered a dialect of Estonian. The area they inhabit was split between Estonia and Russia after WW2, causing some problems for those stuck in Russia.

We Swedofinns or Finland-Swedes or Swedish-speaking Finns (finlandssvenskar in Swedish), the autochthonous Swedish-language minority in Finland, have this (unofficial) flag. It has no connotations of secessionism, mind you, but is a symbol of cultural and linguistic identity. Exact identity varies, of course, but we are still Finns and fly the Finnish flag on flag days like every other Finn. It may however be seen flown as a household pennant.
