Can someone tell me what's the name of this font? :

I already tiped in Liikennemerkki but that seems to be the translation for "road sign"
And for the ones who wanna know why, I need all the letters from that font and not only the ones you see on the picture ^^

"Liikennemerkki" is the name of this font, used on Finnish road signs

I assumed that but the only thing I get from google are some finnish signs and not the font itself XD

Simple: I tried to find as many characters as possible from sign images from here. For characters I couldn't find I had to construct characters myself using my knowledge about assembing characters based upon different ones and general font aesthetics:
