How often do we have to say "no" to you?
ProMods is - and always will be - a hobby project. We set our own limits, our own norms and we enjoy all the freedom that it's giving us. Getting into this legal kind of nonsense by setting up such an entity is not worth the effort of setting up or maintaining from our perspective.

Besides, who are you to tell us what to do? Or SCS? We never asked for your legal advice and SCS has their own professional legal advisor. Seriously, this is getting annoying, so I'll cut it short:

The answer to the question if we're going to change our license or legal entity will always remain: "NO!"
It's not your decision to make and we do not want or need your legal advice.

Now, please cease pushing both parties to change their license. Save yourself some time. It will simply not happen.
Your daily dose of wisdom!

Don't ask us for a release date; we don't know either.

I was mistaken about the scale of ProMods then, thinking it was larger than it actually is. Many free software/open content projects with foundations have tens of thousands of authors.
A final remark: It is very high quality for such a project with such a small number of authors.
Edited the topic title to prevent restatement of the same issue.

In case you're curious, all our contributors are listed here. It's nowhere close to even one thousand.
