Everyone know my laptop specs so I decided to get a gtx 1050 it with an exp GDC adapter and an EVGA 500 watt.
Is that good enough for my laptop or no?
Will it work and is that good?
What GPU do I buy

A laptop is never recommended for playing
videogames, the unique advice I could give you is to buy a tower computer.

Buy a new PC, otherwise this old CPU will bottleneck your new GPU.

There are reasonable gaming laptops nowadays, but the mobility comes at a price premium, of course.

Uhm, I don't?
All I know is, a laptop is not suited for gaming.

Some say, I'm addicted to ETS2. But then I say. No, it's ProMods, it's a way of life.

Better buy a desktop computer. About the specs, I have:
Intel i5 6400
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070
NOX 750W
Asus B250-Plus
FuryX 2x8GB 2133Mhz
Seagate 500GB + Toshiba 2TB
But it's too overkill. If you want to go cheaper, Maybe consider getting something along the lines of a 1050Ti or a 1060 with 3GB of VRAM, and you don't need that PSU (through it is cheap). Motherboard you can also get an ASUS H110-PLUS. You also don't need 16GB of RAM, 8GB are enough... You don't need 2.5TB too, you can live with 500GB. If you are a gamer and have lots of games, try to look at a 1TB hard drive or even 2TB (also, I have 2.5TB, but I have my computer full already and I'm considering to buy a new hard drive). That's it.
I made a PC for you in PCPartPicker, assuming you already have periphals:
