It depends on the region you talk about: In Norway, it's Honningsvåg; in Germany, it's Nürnberg; in Poland, it's Ełk/Augustow/Suwałki area; in Austria, it's Wien and Obsteig; in England, it's London; in Spain, it's Bilbao; in Croatia, it's Zadar; in Italy, it's Artena/Aprilia (by SCS); and so on.

I really like some cities like London, Elk, Zaragoza etc, but my real favorite city is Lasarte-Oria ;) (town near San Sebastian).

I particularly like cities in Scandinavia, Finland, Iceland, Svalbard and the Faroe Islands. They're really nice and idyllic.

London for build quality, but the roads are not epic to drive on for trucks. A town I used to drive in all the time was Swinoujscie in Poland. Stockholm, Rotterdam, Bilbao, Barcelona all come high on the list.

I have to pick Mariehamn. I've lived there, and it struck me as a particularly faithful rendition. :D
