@martin: yes netherland but as far as i know many other country in europe allow marijuana being used as medical treatment. am i wrong? sorry if im wrong.. not every country i mean but most of europe especially EU..

Most countries in Europe have any use of cannabis illegalized (although some countries, such as Estonia, have decriminalized cannabis posession).

but i heard on the news, sweden is not forbidden as long as it used as medical equipment. i dont know im not lives in europe btw haha
