Some interesting trips here! Particularly Senegal stummer, why there?

ScuL, what an amazing list! I guess at your age (not an insult), you're more likely to have visited many places, but I bet I can identify some people in this country who have never even left the UK. In what way does your work require you to visit all these interesting places?

Also Scul, what do you think about Southern/Central/Eastern Europe? How do you find Balkans? Would you like to visit us (meaning ex-Yugo countries) again in the near future?

Yes I am pleased but my goal is to break the 100 countries marker before I die. I still have a lot to cover in Central & Southern America so let's work on that.
You're right in saying that there are a lot of people who don't travel but, not only is travel addictive it gives you incredibly valuable insights how other cultures operate and how you could take some of those learnings home and apply them on your own life.

For the last 8 years I have been in marketing & sales roles for technology companies and most of the trips to these countries abroad I have been working on projects doing technical consultancy, or more recently, sales & marketing presentations to promote new products. This applies to nearly every work trip I've made with the exception of Japan and the US, where I've been for head-office meetings and more of an educational type trip.

I quite like Croatia because it's cheap and it has a lot to offer (certainly beautiful landscapes) so I will absolutely return there one day.
In saying this I have to admit that Slovenia is quite nice too, certainly landscape wise but I never really had any reason to stay there apart from transiting
I would like to see more of ex-Yu (Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia) but they are hard to fly to cheaply and a very long drive from anywhere in the West.

My plan is to visit these other countries i haven't visited before
