tool gate not functioning

Have anyone experinced having a tool gate without a green paying icon ?!?
There is a tool gate close to "Graz" on the A9 (Austria) with that problem. I can turn around and take a different path but i would like to know how that can be possible. Is it because of a Mod that is corrupting the game ?!?!
i know that can be bypassed by using a no paying/ tollgate mod but i don't see any fun in that; well maybe in France:-P

No, that is to say: most likely your current job will be cancelled and you will be teleported back to your home garage, but everything else (garages/trucks/drivers) remains the same. Don't forget to also download a new DEF file.

Also you can load you profile even if it says that he's missing the older mod files.
