What car you have & what you've driven in the past?
Posted: 29 Sep 2014 17:10
Hopefully this topic don't exist yet, but it's fun to know what cars you have right now and what you've driven in the past, IF you have done a test drive (before buying) it's accepted. Also it's accepted that you tell what car(s) you want to drive?
What info it should contain?
- Car manufacturer and model and year model and car model (e. g. Mercedes-Benz C250CDI BE TA 4Matic 2012)
- Engine volume in liters, engine type and/or engine model and reading of horsepower and torque in newton meters (e. g. 2,2 liter, common rail diesel, direct injection, twin-turbo, OM651, inline 4)
So, let's get started.
I've driven a 1989 Mazda 626 1.6 (F6) Hatchback (GD model), 80 hp ans 130 NM of torque, inline 4. Not in use anymore, it didn't pass the periodical survey due to slipping clutch and rust, and leaked few droplets of oil.
That order was: year model, maker, model, engine displacement (engine number), car model (Sedan, wagon, coupé etc)
Now, I have a 1997 Mercedes-Benz C220 Diesel Wagon, engine is 2.2 liter prechamber diesel engine, naturally aspirated, number is OM604, whopping 95 hp and 150 NM of torque, not in use, fuel injection pump is broken, inline 4.
The 2nd car I have is a 1998 Chrysler Neon, 2 liter 16 valve, fuel injected engine, inline 4, has some electrical problems but they don't affect my driving that much, 98 hp, don't remember amount of torque.
TEST DRIVES:
2002 BMW 530d A Touring (=Wagon), 3 liter inline 6 cylinder common rail direct injected diesel engine with single turbocharger, 193 hp and 410 NM of torque. -> At least that info is required.
2015 Mercedes-Benz C180 TA Premium Business, inline 4, 1.6 liter gasoline engine, still pretty unknown power and torque curves but soon I'll found them. Check out my Introduction topic on Introductions to find out what all those abbreviations.
2013 Mercedes-Benz C220CDI TA 4Matic, inline 4 2,2 liter common rail diesel engine, twin turbo technology, OM651, 170 hp and 400 NM, wagon and four wheel drive.
2014 Mercedes-Benz S500L 4Matic, 4.7 liter twin turbocharged V8, 457 hp and 560 NM of torque, 4 wheel drive, longer wheelbase, sedan model.
2014 Mercedes SL500, hard-top convertible, same power and torque specs as the S500.
2014 Mercedes SLK 200, inline 4 2 liter gasoline engine, hard-top convertible.
