Supporting Tandem truck

Is the game officially supporting Tandem truck now ( LKW Mit Anhänger/ Forvogn + hænger) or is it something to be done sometime in the future. ( At a wishlist).

i have now two times tried a mod. At the picture it looks like a tandem truck but when you use it , it feels wierd. Last time was this week with a new truck from a modding site dated this october and 1.14 BETA.

The game does support tandem mods, such as this one: http://ets2.lt/en/bdf-tandem-truck-pack-update-v-24-0/ , but doesn't yet officially have tandem trucks. These will be added at a later date, as stated here.

Thank u for your answer. I hope it not only looks like a tandem truck but feels as a tandem truck as well. Because when I was driving my previus attempt then the way the trucks was handling was the same as a semi truck ( is that the word for the vehicle pulling the trailer)
So thank u again and BTW I know from real life the different between a truck with room for ex. 18 pallets and the semi truck you pull a trailer with room for 33 pallets.

It's good that you can feel the difference, and the difference in weight is (now, at least) simulated in ETS 2. However, I don't think the physics have been changed for the tandem mod; it would be impossible to have two sets of physics for two sets of trailers in current format as far as I know. Let's just hope this is simulated when the Tandem DLC is released . And, by the way, I have no idea when that will be.
