How to increae the numbers of hired driver ?

I have on one of my profiles reached the max number of hired driver. Is there a way to increase that number, because my aim is to have a garage in every city and yes I can buy the garages, but they are at no use if I dont have hired drivers to put in and make an income.

There's a limit to the number of drivers because those are linked to the time it takes for the game to (auto)save. Because people don't want their games freezing for 5 seconds every 5 minutes, SCS made a compromise between the number of drivers and the lenght of the save. That came out at 155 drivers, so that's what we get at the moment.
