IMO Faroe islands are the best in promods

I still have a lot to discover in 1.9, but so far I think Iceland and Estonia are equally great, especially the one way streets in Estonian city centres. It gives an inner city feeling that I've never really experienced, even in Promods.
And I agree with plykkegaard, the landscaping in France is excellent. Kutchek does a fantastic job with hills and farms and villages and of course the cities themselves... And all the rest of it
