I'll guess many of our team members plus maybe some other members as well will like that I got selected to a truck driving (C-license) course. It lasts 18 weeks, and if everything goes as planned, in January 2018 I will drive a REAL truck(s) together with a virtual one(s).

Congrats mbman! An ordinary civilian C-license course, or military service C driver's course? Or something different entirely?

Just an ordinary civilian C-license together with digi tachograph course, ADR-course and that one that certifies me that I'm "valid" truck driver.

Well, it's a delivery truck education, so my working area will be Vaasa and nearby villages and towns, maybe some visits to Seinäjoki are possible. Maybe in many years in the future, I'll be a long-haul driver, especially the Norwegian fjords would be an awesome place to visit.

Meh, if my daily basis will be delivering goods around Vaasa, then it's just almost the same as driving in a car only exception being that I'll sit higher

Tomorrow's my driving test for my C-license, gonna do it with a 5-series G440 Opticruise Scania I've already driven an old Actros and 8x2/4 tipper FH, so it'll be my first time driving a Scania.
