Developer console change in 1.17.1 Public Release

Just a question I have for the devs out there (or anyone else really). So I have a mod on my Scania R that turns it into the Scania R999 (Sarantos) truck, and I have an engine that goes really, really fast (3000hp). That being said, this truck has a tendency to roll if I take that turn just a little too hard at 100mph. So naturally, I use the developer console and operate the flycam, get close to the ground and try to press F9 to get the truck to teleport to where I want to. Except now with the new update, F9 doesn't teleport anymore. SHIFT + F9 does however do that (took me an embarassingly long time to figure that one out). So my question to you guys is, does this same issue happen to you? Did this key change affect you guys as well or am I the lone man out here?

Try the 0 button that works for me

0 will enter flycam, as it should. I'm talking about actually PLACING the truck from the flycam.

F9 works for me so its weird it doesnt work for you

Yup, just F9 works for me too. Might be caused by your OS then?
