If you want to do it, just make a new topic translating it and it will be locked and made sticky like the other ones.

Greetings, friends!
I find it slightly amusing that the [en-GB] British English is still listed as RED. I am from Australia and personally prefer the British English spelling.
I did notice that KubaJAM did ask first though.
Cheers mates.

Hello, a Malaysian Here.

Sorry for my poor English, Try my best to explain to you!
and I happy to translate tutorial into Malay Language.

Delete all this language because most of this aren't relevant :
Malay language written in Arabic letter are not being use as much.
and all that Pattani Malay and Kedah Minang Kabau isn't necessary since all of them are dialect, they will use Bahasa Malaysia (Malay) for official use.
Singaporean mostly use English.

ms-bjn-Arab] Banjar Malay (Arabic)/بنجر بهاس
[ms-bjn-Latn] Banjar Malay (Latin)/Bahasa Banjar
[ms-in] Indonesian Malay/Bahasa Indonesia
[ms-jax] Jambi Malay/Baso Jambi
[ms-kxd-Arab] Brunei Malay (Arabic)/بروني ملايو‎ بهاس
[ms-kxd-Latn] Brunei Malay (Latin)/Bahasa Melayu Brunei
[ms-meo-Arab] Kedah Malay (Arabic)/قدح ملايو بهاس
[ms-meo-Latn] Kedah Malay (Latin)/Bahasa Melayu Kedah
[ms-meo-Thai] Kedah Malay (Thai)/ภาษามลายูไทรบุรี
[ms-mfa-Arab] Pattani Malay (Arabic)/جاوي
[ms-mfa-Latn] Pattani Malay (Latin)/Jawi
[ms-mfa-Thai] Pattani Malay (Thai)/ยาวี
[ms-min-Arab] Minangkabau Malay (Arabic)/مينڠكاباو باسو
[ms-min-Latn] Minangkabau Malay (Latin)/Baso Minangkabau
[ms-mui] Musi Malay/Baso Palembang
[ms-pse] Central Malay/Pasemah
[ms-zlm-Arab-ID] Indonesia Local Malay (Arabic)/ملايو‎ بهاس
[ms-zlm-Latn-ID] Indonesia Local Malay (Latin)/Bahasa Melayu
[ms-zsm-Latn] Malaysian Malay (Latin)/Bahasa Malaysia

And I don't think Indonesian would love their language to be called "Malay".
Brunei Malay and Malaysian Malay are similar.

You can delete all above
So it would be :

Malaysia [MY]
Indonesia [IDN]

or ( If you want to add language in front of it. ex : Malaysia Language )

Bahasa Malaysia [MY]
Bahasa Indonesia [IDN]
