Not sure if this has been pointed out to you before, but you've spelt 'Japanese' in Japanese incorrectly and 'Chinese' in Chinese incorrectly (for Japanese, you wrote 'Japanese' (in terms of nationality) and in Chinese, you wrote 'China'). Instead, it should read:
Japanese/日本語
Chinese/中文
Note: '中文' stays the same for both Simplified and Traditional (Mandarin and Cantonese).
(Also, I was thinking about providing an Irish translation, but Irish is only spoken by about 70,000 people. And my Irish isn't too good either...)

I've begun the tutorial and so far have the "Installing ProMods" finished. However, for the title, I am unsure of whether to put in [IRL], [GA] or [IE] for the language. Which one?

I prefer [IRL]. But if you prefer [IRL/GA] I'm fine with that too.
