I also added glue, so it will stay on top of the Polish forum.

That's something we don't want. We want people to open their own topic. To keep the forum nice and tidy. But mainly, because people will always read the last page. So when you have a lot of replies to the tutorial topic, nobody will read the tutorial anymore.
To prevent that from happening, we lock the tutorials.
