County of Tallinn is infact County of Harju, not Tallinn. ;)
An overall better translation would be x County, not County of x.

Bilzen is situated in the province of Limburg. Antwerpen is situated in the province of Antwerpen :D. For brussels you have the Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest which could not be included as a province.
