I think not including conflicted zones is pretty much not showing respect to those people actually living in that shitstorm. I think simply looking away, taking the easy option, ignoring it all, like it's not there, is the worst thing we can do. There's politicians playing with people's lives here, and that should not be forgotten IMO.

The only conflict should arise when writing in the definition files which country each city is in, and even then only for disputed territories. Let's just avoid this kind of discussion until those areas are near...
