I don't think you have offended anyone. And even if you did that person should climb of their high horse and learn your native tongue as well as you know English.

P. S. we have that phrase as well so at this point I'd bet it's something akin to a monomym

Without map mod: Frankfurt am Main, Brno or Metz.
With map mods: Bratislava, Bremen (DE rebuilded by PM), Budapest, Debrecen (because RO will be added in PM).
After PM 2.0 will be released: more than sure in Romania (Piatra-Neamț the best choise)

London, ever since ProMods v1.50. But I rarely play my profile, so I can't afford another garage just yet to move my headquarters. So I do want to move my headquarters to... København?

When 2.0 was released I created a new profile. I always wanted to see Berlin rebuilt to its proper standard and eventually it happened. So Berlin is my headquarters

Prior to Andorra being released: Hannover, Germany. Nice dead center location on the map was the only reason I chose it.

Since its release: Andorra La Vella. Lots of big ticket cargo being shipped across Europe from this location and the other most distant places in France and now Spain. Plus its Andorra the gas price can't be beat (except in Belarus and Russia of course) and never changes much, and the mountain passes remind me of home.

In the future I will probably move to Valencia, Spain and in the distant future Gibraltar, United Kingdom. I've always like the Gibraltar personally and it would be a nice place to come home and feel like I was on vacation at the same time.

perhaps if Casablanca were to be built in Morocco at some point I'd move again to that location.
