You skipped a step in the download process and didn't generate a def file or extracted the def file instead of using it as is, the def file is downloaded uncompressed as an .scs file. Click the big, orange "Click here to generate your def file" link after language selection.

scul has the bug been fixed with the romanian cities i have not tried to go there yet but i will try to avoid that area until it is fixed and for 2.01 add portugal and expand on eastern bloc countries and maybe add some southern european countries maybe add croatia and expand slovenia and maybe add serbia albania and some of those countries

2.01 is a minor release it will only contain bug fixes

Any new territories will be in 2.1x, 2.2x (major) releases etc.

Since 2.01 is not out yet it's still unsafe to attempt to access Arad and Timisoara

I am also having problems with the V2 I have downloaded by paid download, only one file available on link, and extracted 5 files assets / map / media / models1 / models2
when i load all five mod files and run the game (steam Version with both going east and north installed) the game crashes halfway through loading screen

I think you are missing the DEF file which you need to generate yourself, http://www.promods.net/download.php?lang=en.

Mine game crashes too, when the initial loading bar get's to the end. The last version did work.
I have all DLCs. I use for testing-issues a clear Promods-only-Profile. All files are included:
- promods-assets-v200.scs
- promods-def-v200.scs
- promods-map-v200.scs
- promods-media-v200.scs
- promods-model1-v200.scs
- promods-model2-v200.scs

My current gameverson is 1.22.2.4s
