A larger area in the Duisburg Oberhausen area has no rain effect. I have NOT tried to define the limits of this area, but I think it could be quite large.

I've reduced a 'No Weather Area' so that it only stops rain under that bridge! Fix will appear in a future update. Thanks for the report!
