[Fixed] [#3375] [2.00] BAB7/BAB2, signs/grass in road

At the Intersection of the BAB 7 and BAB 2 , there are signs and vegetation in the offramp fronm the BAB 7 N to the BAB 2 E , the first sign blocks the offramp, but can be knocked over without damage

I haven't checked the other offframps of the intersection but assume they are similarly affected.
