AI stops at green light (S)

When going to Kalmar from north, there is a work on the road with traffic light. Every car, bus or truck stops when it is a green light.

For a long time I checked the behavior of cars and light cycle - everything fine.
For a certain moment during cycle changes, both directions have a red light - not green.

A car from the opposite direction will not move until I will drive the cars ahead.

OK I will check that again. I know for cycle change red light and that opposite car would not move until my direction go. But I will describe situation on the image:
There is a red light for me and before me there is a two trucks and a car. When its a green light, first truck go, second continue and stops at traffic light, then again go. Car behind second truck, in front of me, go to traffic light and stops, then again continue to go. I stop at every stop of others and there is a yellow for me. Then I capture image, and finally go through red light (cant wait for another cycle)

Please check after turning off all used mods and maps.
