hard to hook up trailer

I'm not a big fan to crack a puzzle how to hook up the trailer, actually. Especially when using a mouse, which is broken since I don't remember when. I lost 1 in-game hour to hook that beiych up, thank God I'm using non-damage DEF file. I sweeped off all trailers and boxes that were on my way to MY trailer, and broke my truck a little
So..
A question is: may that be done in PM that I'll have a choice - to crack this puzzle, or "not at this time, dude, just give me my sweet trailer" ?

P.S. I know PM can't do it, it's matter of game engine. Just to blow off some steam, coz it was pretty hard thing, you know: narrow pass, trailer in the middle and huge, mighty and long Peterbilt 389. With the mouse I couldn't do it.
