Hi,

In the list of known bugs is it that the green ones are fixed and the red ones still need fixing?

I am encountering the invisible wall south of Portsmouth and its green in the list.

By now pretty mich all of them are fixed. The colours serve no need any more. Newly added bugs don't get a colour tag.

Fixed bugs go into the development build, which isn't yet released to us users. When it is released it'll probably be Promods 2.01, perhaps after the next official SCS update.

So yes, the Portsmouth wall has been fixed, but we don't have that fix in our games yet...the fix will be rolled out to everyone next update. That's why you're still encountering it despite it being fixed.
