Actually, there isn't. The only other option is to go south and take one of the ferry crossings there (like Europoort Hull as the northernmost one).

Really? Now when I think about it, only thing that would be transported by there would be the salmon. And that's not necessary...

I'm pretty sure you can go via Lerwick in Shetland in real life, but obviously Shetland isn't in the game (yet?).

As far as I know they only go to Aberdeen and Kirkwall as you can see on this map. http://www.ferrylines.com/en/ferries/north-atlantic/

After a quick investigation, it seems I'm 9 years out-of-date; there used to be a Lerwick-Bergen route, but it stopped back in 2007!
