No, as our mod is very huge, and it 'weight' a lot which will make mods like ProMods, not be included at the workshop. As a result of that, we might add some of the add-ons for our mod, to be added on the Steam Workshop, but it is only suggestion/idea.

My thoughts about the workshop is that it still needs to grow before I begin using it. The only interesting mod now available is UK Rebuilding
I believe it won't be uploaded to Steam Workshop since the mod file exceeds the 1 GB limit there.
