Does Greenland even have roads? If so, it'd be pretty pointless to add it anyway...

Greenland is a far, unrealistic and hard-to-implement dream.
First, there are no roads in Greenland, except for the cities. This means that you would need to have ferry transport between the cities (doesn't exist) or you could just deliver to Nuuk Airport (all intercity traffic goes via air), and imagine the rest.
Second, the only way to get to Greenland is via air, since there is no fixed ferry to Greenland. Cruise ships pass through it, but they do not carry vehicles (atleast trucks).
Third, priorities. With Spain, Portugal, Northern Europe, the Balkans, the Baltics, Italy and (maybe) Turkey to complete in Europe itself, Greenland (and it's whopping 86k people) would be unseen before version 4.5.
