You are using 2.01. Download 2.02 if you are using 1.23 version of the game

To be more precise, the game log shows that only ProMods def file is 2.02, but the other 5 ProMods files are 2.01. You will need to use all files from ProMods 2.02 to run with ETS2 1.23.x.
