Maybe we can top the cake of Italy off by adding in Malta and a ferry out there. No need to leave Malta without cargo.

Malta would also be nice. And speaking about islands, Cyprus to. With it's border between the North Turkish side and the Greek southern side.

Is something planned with Milano? I've got some suggestions in mind...

"Barriera Milano Ghisolga" and its interchange:
