I see Kaliningrad as a very promising project for ProMods.

Guys, please, don't hurry us with Kaliningrad oblast!
Indeed, it's planned, but at this moment paying attention on Kaliningrad oblast is probably not in priority. We firstly should complete at least western part of Lithuania, and Radol with his team should finish polish areas near Russian border, and only then we can think about Kaliningrad and it's oblast.
