Does anyone know how to solve this or what this is?

This means that the game tries to locate the described file, but it can't find it. The file must be missing in one of your mod packages.

However, since you posted this in the Academy section; are you building a map or are you just a map user with mod problems? (so we can move your post to the appropriate section if necessary).
