You might wanna try to click the file under def and extract that. (Based on your screenshot)
You are trying to extract the def file which MUST NOT be extracted.
The files you need to extract are the ones with .7z or .7zip behind the name promods-v203.
Hope this clears it up and helps you.
You right click promods-v203.7zip or promods-v203.7z and choose extract in folder (that way you can see the files better instead of taking the wrong ones to modfolder).
That should work to get them extracted those files and the def file (if the def file is a.scs file) go to the modfolder.
Then activate in the profile you want them activated in right order that can be found on this forum.
