Yes, that is correct as mods that get loaded first may get overwritten by mods loaded after them.

This might be a false positive but just want to make people aware. I know this isn't anything to do with the creators of RusMap
When I tried to download the "Fix for ProMods 2.02 or higher by RadolSzczecin" file my AVG blocked something else that apparently came with it.
