Dude, let me tell you about the BAB24...

SCS' version: 2×3 lanes swinging left and right through hills with even a tunnel.
Real life: 2×2 lanes dead straight through flat landscape

That.... sounds sort of as if making things less boring than they are in real life.

Shiva it is true. For example go and compare SCS Germany and Promods Germany.

SCS Germany is curvy, hilly, empty and ofc boring.
Promods Germany is straight, less hilly, filled environment and ofc awesome.

Sometimes a straight road can be less boring than a too curvy road as you need some alternation in between different stretches of road. In SCS's map everything is curvy and long straight stretches are missing.

Is Glasgow and Edinburgh ever gonna get a rebuild?

P.S Driving in the SCS Glasgow and Edinburgh is kinda boring to be honest and the M8's west terminus is at Greenock, not at the M74/A80

I do actually prefer the more realistic approach, even if it could be "boring" :)
ProMods reworks get better and better.
SCS gets better too.

Roads which are boring in real life are not boring in ProMods. Thanks to different types of realistic trees that don't look artificial (trees in Germany on vanilla feel so artificial), realistic signage with correct lane layout and general layout/placement of detailing, the drive feels more enjoyable and the experience is more immersive.

I'm sure it will be done at some point in the distant future. It's probably not a priority atm.

I hope the a90 will be fixed in the future as it is a dual carriageway not a single carriageway. Also the a80 is now the m80 so the signs should be changed to state this. Keep up the good work as I enjoy seeing the progress.

Will you keep the ferries from Netherlands to Hull/Newcastle? These ferry routes are very long.

Of course they'll keep those routes, as they are two majour import- and exportroutes into the country. Removing them would be illogical, as you would have to detour through France (Calais) or Denmark (Esbjerg).
