But you are still going to have to go through the huge Queue at the Border Crossing no matter what passport you have.

In other words:

- Big Queue that can take hours
- Visa that requires a lot of paperwork and time
- Language barrier
- Foreigners attract too many attention = Getting stopped the police to check paper every now and then.

Foreigners with expensive cars or western European license plates could attract more attention than you really want... because you know... they might have a lot of money with them :P

60% of cars with Andorra plates you see outside of Andorra's borders are NOT driven by people of Andorra but mostly, people from Spain, France or Portugal.

We are a tax heaven so yeah. Except for the Portuguese community who come to my country to work, the rest come here primarily for tourism and for Finance issues (Bank accounts are opened in our banks so French and Spanish citizens avoid paying taxes in their countries and so on). A lot of people from Spain buy a house in Andorra and a car as well., therefore they get Andorra plates. However, they spent 99% of the time living in Barcelona or other Spanish cities, and they just go to Andorra a few weekends a year to ski.

Going to Belarus isn't that hard. Well ofcourse if you're not using the polish-belarus customs. I go there two times a year, and I can say the wait on the border isn't so long as people say, Russian customs are hell, Belarussian are easier
