I like the Scania 6 series,it looks nice from the outside and from the inside it looks nice too,but i dont like the new 7 series at all.It looks stupid in the same way as the Renault T Range is,they are ugly too.
I will not change my old Scania Streamline Topline to the new Scania, when it comes to ETS2.
So my vote did go to the Scania 6 series.

I feel like i'm the only person that likes the new S-Series. It looks like a beast. It's got the whole DAF look with the overhead lights and it looks like a SOLID brick wall, I could imagine with the right set up and paint it would look mean and intimidating in your mirror. I like it, even the interior looks cool.
I'm not a massive Scania fan, I drive Scania on ETS 2 because it has the nicest INTERIOR design and good visability in the game but generally I lean more towards the DAF or the Volvo in terms of looks but I actually like the new one. I'm the minority I guess..

I'm also tempted for the new Scania as it looks nice. It's just such a radical change imo, needs getting used to. Also, if it comes to ETS, I will drive it occasionally, but it will never become my favorite truck.

Well, the results of the voting suggest that we 5-series lovers are the minority around here.MistahDave wrote:I'm the minority I guess..
I just like the more round shapes of the 5-series instead of the more edgy look of the 6-series. The 7-series just looks like an abomination in my opinion.
Now let the hate rain on me.
Gotta love the blockyness again In game I use Scania 3-series, purely for the feel of driving a truck and not a car. And most of them (old things) are blocky. Partially reflecting what we have here too (mostly old trucks, or those japanese ones which doesn't bear a huge engine).
That being said, what will it sound like ? That's the real question IMO.
(and, on an unrelated note, hi everyone !)

There will be a 6x4 with almost a certainty, have a look at this:Gazer75 wrote:Not sure how popular the new R and S series will be around here as they seem to be missing the V8s 6x4 option.

IMO, as the rest of the vehicles world, this truck follows what (sadly) every vehicle in the last years: be more and more ugly, more computer-controlled, killing any driving emotion. I really wonder where is that love to pure driving, where you have full control. Actually you only have computers with wheels . I dont know what designers are smoking, some bad weed i Guess

I think the series 7 is as attractive as bulldog licking shit of a thistle. But that being said, it doesn't actually matter when your sat inside of it. But out of the lot, I've recently found a really big squishy spot for the series 4, in 4x2, jet black with zero mods, no lightbars, no horns. NOTHING. I honestly think there badman, and as they are series 4, they sound better/louder with that pesky euro6 rubbish ruining the sound of a good V8.
That is all. lol
*EDIT* Upon a second, third and forth look, the series 7 isn't actually that bad, don't get me wrong, it ain't a looker, but those headlights......daaaaym would be impressed to see someone stick them on series 6/5/4 just out of morbid curiosity.

That's the road to happiness and personal satisfaction, That's why they don't want you to take it.
