Templated signs problem (Error when saving template)

Hello.
I am working on mini extension in southern Poland based on ProMods models. Mapping is going quite well for me but I'm struggling to create new/edit existing template.
1. I've tried starting new project, added existing fonts/atlases/frames I needed. Then tried creating new template and save, but when I quit template editor It asks me If I want to save my template so I choose to save (previously saved template doesn't even appear in folder), and when I click OK it tells me "error when saving template)
2. I've tried editing existing promods templates, but same story as above. I save, no files created, when I quit it asks me if I want to save and error again.

Only "Edit Sign" works for me, but I need to create my own template.

Have you created a base folder? What is the exact error you get in the log? Also, do note that a large portion of ProMods templates have a different base folder. Check the Sign Editor tutorial in the Academy for more reference

I did check but I had problems identifying the problem (there was written that all .sii files are generated automatically when creating new project/templates, but I will look closely tomorrow).
I had created the base folder, I am loading the map from .scs file from mods folder. I've looked into promods def files as well and wasn't able to find the problem.

00:07:31.514 : <ERROR> Generated unit name 'sign_templ.383' is already taken by existing unit.

This error probably was generated when I tried to edit existing template. I got no other error then this particular one.

No templates folder since I thought that It would be generated automatically by sign editor.
Note: I've created templates.mod_podbeskidzie.sii manually (file wasn't generated by sign editor).
