Agree with Nico, still got the biggest question mark ever
EU is intensely funding the building of infrastructure in Romania and Bulgaria, while countries like Spain, Portugal, Greece or Italy are in crysis.
Since EU is spending so much money on these 2 countries, there isn't any left for aiding the other ones.
At the same time, since Romania and Bulgaria joined the EU in 2007, gypsies from these countries emigrated to the rest of the EU, where they beg, steal..etc.
So basically, all the money goes to Romania and Bulgaria, and in exchange, the rest of Europe gets gypsies.
