About a year ago i played this mod and i really enjoyed it. since then i've re-installed my computer and do not have the mod anymore, but now i've seen that you need both scandinavia and going east dlc's for this mod to work. But s there any way i can play this mod without the dlc's , cause i don't have them, and i don't have the money to buy them :/

No, unless you want to rollback to ProMods 1.9 and ETS 2.16.

I wouldn't expect the France DLC to be released before around Christmas.
