And graphics?

The CPU seems to be pretty weak.
Am I developing at the moment?

Oh dear, sounds just like my system was  . I've got a quad-core with 8gb RAM, but I only had a budget (£30) graphics card. I invested in a new card costing around £90, and wow what a diference :o . Now I've got most settings at max, and the slowest FPS is around 25.
So my advice would be to upgrade your graphics card. Expensive yes, but well worth the money. OK, you've not got the most powerful CPU, but you should still see an improvement in game play. And if life treats you well, maybe one day you could get yourself a new PC :D

That graphics controller isn't capable to run ETS2, you'll need a dedicated graphiccard to run it. See for more information: http://www.eurotrucksimulator2.com/about.php. I'll go for a GTX650 from Nvidia, it's around $100,=.
Happy trucking!
