If you listen to the radio while on the road, what's your favourite driving music?
Right now I'm favouring Kashtin, "Akua Tuta"; but past faves include Mark Knopfler and Chet Atkins (Neck and Neck), Chet Atkins and Jerry Reed (Sneakin Around), Putumayo's Acoustic series (Brazil, Africa, France), Beleza Tropical, Habib Koite, various Scandinavian folk/rock hits, and a whole bunch of 30's/40's big-band classics. There is something about night driving with a favourite tune mingling with the engine note, that brings back happy road trip memories of my misspent youth What do others listen to on those long, long deliveries?
[edit:] oh yeah, Dire Straits, of course....
What's your favourite driving music...?

My favorite driving music is listening to 80's music such as Tears for Fears, U2, Scorpions, Toto, Go West, Pet Shop Boys, Robert Plant, Cars, Bruce Springsteen, etc.
I love listening to really generic pop music. I know it's boring, but radios like SkyPlus in Estonia are the best when you're driving through the night on the road. Ofcourse i'm not into 1D or Bieber, but songs like Raging by Kygo or Heathens of 21 Pilots are perfect for the road.
If not that, i listen to some rock. Not into metal or punk too much, so again generic soft rock.

Well, I listen to Studio Brussel because of great music they have (depends), when I'm offline, it's Lonely Island, TLSP, M83, Muse, etc.
when I'm feeling good. Metal, headbanger ball in the car! woot! \m/
when I'm not feeling kind of mad. Pandora's relaxation radio station or Classical Music.
any other time I'm probably jamming to old Pink Floyd tunes.
