[2.11] Wrong name on sign [ARP]

At the intersection between A9 and A4 (driving south at the A9) there is a sign which says:
"ARP south 169km"

It's a small easter egg to let you know when you exit the vanilla part of Germany again, it will be removed anyway when we have rebuilt the last section of the BAB9.
