You even can't read half the city names on the map. Rather than making every small town in the region, the developer could go in the Southern Caucasian states.
That certainly creates a very nice image in my head, but although the map is titled "Southern Region" I would prefer to have other areas like the Russian parts east of Moscow, like Nizhny Novgorod and Kasan but particularly Ukraine built first.
