3d Scenery

Hi every one
There was a guy calls AfG, and he make a video on how to make 3d scenery to a map, and then build a map with road from this 3d screen he makes to the map.
So now! i like to ask if someone knows how to make this 3d screens and put them into the map, so you can build road and put other Things on, so its follow the right line on that screens, and show you where there is a hill, and where its going Down to the valley, and where there are a see or river
I hope someone knows about this ......
