fixing a dds file

I have accidently reskinned a truck using the original itcc .dds file. Can someone tell me how I might get the itcc file back to normal? I tried deleting ets2 and redownloading it with no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated it

I would say just remove it from the mod folder??

Im not really sure what you are talking about here.
Am I developing at the moment?
